The hotel was characterful, but I stayed for 8 nights only. The bed was large and the restaurant was good and had variety of food. The superior king room I got was well-designed. The downstairs bar was superb and the staff were supporting. Early check-in and terrific service.

The lobby was beautiful and so clean. Breads, fruit and pastries in the morning were reasonably priced, the fee was gbp 10 per person. Had elegant superior queen room with the interior and no balcony. The airport was 20 km away from here, ideal location. Extraordinary customer service provided too.

Fairly quiet room, lovely bed, enjoyable breakfast. Lots of supplies in the room : climate control, WiFi and terrace. The staff were eager to help, so super. The service was perfect too. A good beach, amazing view. We loved an exceptional restaurant.

Location was unbelievable, our room was quite and quite. The staff did all they can for a SUPERB stay. The breakfast was included and had variety of meals. There were restaurants and bars close to the place. Cute view, nice beach near the hotel. Having different mixed drinks in the outdoor bar was a very nice touch.

Grounds were kept very clean, breakfast was abundant. Hotel's receptionist is one of the top employees! Also, it was within a 5 minute walk from royal chapel granada. Besides, we parked the car onsite.
